Has anyone got pregnant with blocked fallopian tubes?

Fallopian tubes are the part of reproductive system which act as a pathway for eggs and is a place where egg and sperm meet to form embryo. If both the tubes are blocked it is impossible for a woman to get pregnant. However if one of the tube is blocked and the other tube is clear one can get pregnant. But if there is partial tubal blockage there are high chances of ectopic pregnancy.
