Can fallopian tubes be blocked after first pregnancy?
Most common causes of blocked fallopian tubes are-
1) Uterine infection
2) Ectopic pregnancy
3) Endometriosis
4) Abdominal surgery in the past
5) Surgery involving fallopian tubes
From the above list we can conclude that first successful pregnancy doesn’t cause tubal blockage but the abnormalities during pregnancy may cause blockage in the tubes.
