4) Hair Care:

 

a) Coconut and olive hair oil massage

 

In eastern countries long and lustrous hair is taken as a value added factor. Hair care should be carried out as per the weather conditions and season.

 

Naturally extracted coconut oil can be used for hair massage during summer whereas olive oil is considered the best for use in winter.

b)  Curds, egg-white, henna and onion

c) Hair Spa, sunlight dry and ribboned ends

5) Facial skin care in nature

 

a) tomato/ sandal facial kit

 

Mesh a peeled tomato and add turmeric powder. Apply the homogenous paste on your face.

Wait till dry then wash your face and be prepared for a broad smile once you look at your newly gifted face in the mirror. Sandal powder can be applied just by adding water to it. Both of these techniques bring best cosy results during summer.

b)  Almonds

Crush some almonds and add raw milk till you have a thick granular paste. Apply the mixture on your face.

 

Dry and wash it with water alone. Don’t use soap or face wash for sometime to let the natural moisture get absorbed into your skin properly. This therapy is special for winter season.

c) Besan wash, Ice massage

 

Facial skin is several times more delicate than other skin and in Indian humidity it loosens and sags down. Don’t neglect this unevenness as it requires special facial care.

 

thick paste of chickpea flour (besan) and water. Apply the paste and wash it with regular water when dry.

You can also massage your face with an ice cube to tighten the facial cells.
