  5. Urad dal is recommended for infertility related to males.
  6. Keep yourself hydrated by water and herbal tea.
  7. Moong dal
  8. Juicy fruits such as mangoes, peaches etc.

 

Following are the vrishya food that nourishes the reproductive tissues –
 
  •  Milk
  • Mango shake, date shake
  • Asparagus
  • Curry leaves, ajwain, coriander, cumin, turmeric, tulsi, amla etc enhances fertility.
